Wholegrain flour with carrots rice flour, wholegrain, snack, cinnamon, carrot, and more

This is a simple, quickly prepared snack. There is no need for an oven or stove, a bowl to mix is enough.

Ingredients

  • 130 g carrots
  • 100 g rive wholegrain flour
  • 1 etwas cinnamon
  • 1 as you like nuts
  • 1 as you like agave syrup

Instructions

  1. Peel the carrot.
  2. Mix the cinnamon and flour in a bowl.
  3. Grate the carrot into small pieces and mix it with the rest.
  4. Add some nuts or agave syrup if you like it.
