Pasta Salad pasta, lunch, dinner, takeaway, cheese, and more

Pasta salad is the perfect recipe for pasta leftovers. Sometimes I even intentionally produce leftovers, so that I can take them to school as pasta salad on the next day. it is possible to prepare the pasta without cooking them, saving a lot of energy. You can find out how here.

Ingredients

  • 400 g pasta
  • 50 g cheese
  • 150 g tomatoes
  • 0.75 pieces cucumber
  • 1 Stück bell peppers
  • 75 g (without oil) dried tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 1 piece onions
  • 1 portion french salad sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare the salad sauce in a bowl. You need a more sauce than normal, because the pasta soaks it up.
  2. Cut the cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, bell peppers and dried tomatoes into small cubes.
  3. Add them and the pasta to the bowl.
  4. Add the onions cut into small rings.
  5. Add the capers and mix everything.
  6. Enjoy your pasta salad!
