Overnight Oats
blueberries, oat flakes, breakfast, oat milk, nuts, and more
A tasty, healthy and light breakfast with berries and oats.
This recipe suggests blueberries, but any other berry can be used as well.
- 30 g oat flakes
- 25 g blueberries
- 80 ml oat milk (or normal milk)
- 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
- 2 sp maple syrup
- 1 sp lemon juice
- 5 g blueberries as topping
- 1 tbsp roasted pecans as topping
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients and put them in an airtight container.
- Put it in the fridge or if it's cold, put it outside for at least 3 hours or better one night.
- Mix it again the next morning.
- Cut the toppings into small pieces and decorate the overnight oats using them.
- Enjoy!
