Overnight Oats blueberries, oat flakes, breakfast, oat milk, nuts, and more

A tasty, healthy and light breakfast with berries and oats. This recipe suggests blueberries, but any other berry can be used as well.

Ingredients

  • 30 g oat flakes
  • 25 g blueberries
  • 80 ml oat milk (or normal milk)
  • 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
  • 2 sp maple syrup
  • 1 sp lemon juice
  • 5 g blueberries as topping
  • 1 tbsp roasted pecans as topping

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and put them in an airtight container.
  2. Put it in the fridge or if it's cold, put it outside for at least 3 hours or better one night.
  3. Mix it again the next morning.
  4. Cut the toppings into small pieces and decorate the overnight oats using them.
  5. Enjoy!
