Mortar-Gazpacho

Gazpacho is a traditional Spanish soup which is served cold.
Normally, you blenderize the ingredients using a blender, but you can also mash them by hand using a mortar.
- 6 pieces tomato
- 0.5 pieces cucumber
- 0.5 pieces bell peppers
- 0.5 pieces onions
- 2 pieces bread
- 1 cup water
- 1 as you like oil
- 1 as you like vinegar
- 1 as you like salt
Instructions
- Cut the tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and bell peppers into pieces and mash them using a mortar.
- Soften the bread in water, rip it into small pieces and mix it with the vegetable mash.
- Add the water, oil, vinegar and salt.
- Serve it at room temperature. If it is cold outside, put it outside for a few minutes to cool it even further.
