Mortar-Gazpacho dinner, gazpacho, cold, Spain, tomato, and more

Gazpacho is a traditional Spanish soup which is served cold. Normally, you blenderize the ingredients using a blender, but you can also mash them by hand using a mortar.

Ingredients

  • 6 pieces tomato
  • 0.5 pieces cucumber
  • 0.5 pieces bell peppers
  • 0.5 pieces onions
  • 2 pieces bread
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 as you like oil
  • 1 as you like vinegar
  • 1 as you like salt

Instructions

  1. Cut the tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and bell peppers into pieces and mash them using a mortar.
  2. Soften the bread in water, rip it into small pieces and mix it with the vegetable mash.
  3. Add the water, oil, vinegar and salt.
  4. Serve it at room temperature. If it is cold outside, put it outside for a few minutes to cool it even further.
