Mixed Bowl
dinner, Bowl, lunch, vegetables, water kettle, and more
A mixed bowl is something light to eat for a small hunger.
If you don't have one of the ingredients, don't worry: You can replace or leave out most things.
By cooking the cauliflower in a kettle, you save energy compared to cooking it in a pot.
All other ingredients don't need to be heated at all.
- 1 piece cauliflower
- 1 piece carrot
- 1 sp lemon juice
- 1 piece small red chilli
- 0.25 cups parsley
- 1 as you like parmesan
- 1 as you like rocket salad
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 cups cherry tomato
- 2 tbsp capers
- 20 g butter
Instructions
- Cut the cauliflower into small pieces
- Heat water in a kettle and move it to a pot once it's boiling.
- Steam the cauliflower above the water. You can use a steaming basket so the cauliflower doesn't fall into the water.
- While it is still hot, mix the cauliflower, parsley and butter, so that the butter melts.
- Cut the remaining ingredients into small pieces, add them to the cauliflower.
- Serve it with some olive oil and lemon juice.
