Mixed Bowl dinner, Bowl, lunch, vegetables, water kettle, and more

A mixed bowl is something light to eat for a small hunger. If you don't have one of the ingredients, don't worry: You can replace or leave out most things. By cooking the cauliflower in a kettle, you save energy compared to cooking it in a pot. All other ingredients don't need to be heated at all.

Ingredients

  • 1 piece cauliflower
  • 1 piece carrot
  • 1 sp lemon juice
  • 1 piece small red chilli
  • 0.25 cups parsley
  • 1 as you like parmesan
  • 1 as you like rocket salad
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 cups cherry tomato
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 20 g butter

Instructions

  1. Cut the cauliflower into small pieces
  2. Heat water in a kettle and move it to a pot once it's boiling.
  3. Steam the cauliflower above the water. You can use a steaming basket so the cauliflower doesn't fall into the water.
  4. While it is still hot, mix the cauliflower, parsley and butter, so that the butter melts.
  5. Cut the remaining ingredients into small pieces, add them to the cauliflower.
  6. Serve it with some olive oil and lemon juice.
