Potato Pizza in a Pan

Pizza can also be made different, for example out of potatoes and without oven.
By cooking it in a pan instead of the oven, you save energy, because the oven is very inefficient.
Of course, you can put whatever you like on your pizza.
- 800 g potatoes
- 1 jar tomato sauce
- 150 g mozzarella
- 150 g flour
- 1 sp salt
- 100 ml water
- 1 as you like spices
- 200 g vegetables
- 1 pack salami or ham
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Cut the potatoes in slices.
- Mix the flour and the water into a viscous pulp.
- Add the potatoes to the mixture.
- Heat some oil in a frying pan.
- Layer the potato mixture in the pan.
- Cook on medium heat with a tab.
- Prepare the tomato sauce.
- After ten minutes, flip the potatoes and coat the already cooked side with tomato sauce.
- Add your toppings.
- Keep cooking until the cheese is melted.
