One-Pot Vegetable Rice

This rice with vegetables can be prepared in one pot.
This saves energy while cooking and cleaning the dishes.
Furthermore, it just tastes amazing.
- 240 g basmati rice
- 400 g mixed vegetables in cubes
- 5 dl bouillon
- 500 g cottage cheese
- 200 g quark
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 Personen spices
Instructions
Rice
- Cut the vegetables in small pieces.
- To save energy, boil up water in a kettle.
- Prepare a bouillon with it.
- Let the rice and vegetables cook on low heat.
- Depending on your taste, season it.
Sauce
- Mix the quark, cottage cheese and lemon juice.
- Season the sauce.
- Serve it together with the rice.
