One-Pot Vegetable Rice dinner, rice, vegetables, basmati rice, one-pot, and more

This rice with vegetables can be prepared in one pot. This saves energy while cooking and cleaning the dishes. Furthermore, it just tastes amazing.

Ingredients

  • 240 g basmati rice
  • 400 g mixed vegetables in cubes
  • 5 dl bouillon
  • 500 g cottage cheese
  • 200 g quark
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 Personen spices

Instructions

Rice

  1. Cut the vegetables in small pieces.
  2. To save energy, boil up water in a kettle.
  3. Prepare a bouillon with it.
  4. Let the rice and vegetables cook on low heat.
  5. Depending on your taste, season it.

Sauce

  1. Mix the quark, cottage cheese and lemon juice.
  2. Season the sauce.
  3. Serve it together with the rice.
