Oats-Banana Shake

This ia tasty, creamy oat-banana milkshake for in between.
- 100 g oats
- 1 piece bananas
- 400 ml milk
- 100 ml water
- 2 spoons protein powder (optional)
Instructions
- Put the oats, banana, the protein powder and the milk into a mixer.
- Briefly grind everything until it is a light beige mass.
- Add the water and mix for 30 seconds.
- Enjoy your shake.
