Oats-Banana Shake banana, oats, shake, milkshake, drink, and more

This ia tasty, creamy oat-banana milkshake for in between.

Ingredients

  • 100 g oats
  • 1 piece bananas
  • 400 ml milk
  • 100 ml water
  • 2 spoons protein powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Put the oats, banana, the protein powder and the milk into a mixer.
  2. Briefly grind everything until it is a light beige mass.
  3. Add the water and mix for 30 seconds.
  4. Enjoy your shake.
